Diana Kelker brings to each nonprofit organization served by Smith Beers Yunker a comprehensive understanding of health-related association and foundation management, diversification of development programs, and grants and program management. | Diana’s experience with professional associations, hospitals, and community-based organizations gives her an extraordinary perspective on fundraising in non-traditional environments. She is well-versed in innovative ways to diversify a nonprofit organization’s revenue base and has a keen respect for collaborative relationships.
With a background in starting new operations for two internationally recognized hospitals, a new subsidiary within Bristol Myers, and two national medical societies, Diana offers clients an exceptional skill base that includes recruitment and development of new Boards, creation of development and program policies, implementation of fund raising campaigns, and management of grants and program evaluation systems.
Having created, directed and administered all facets of 501(c)(3) organizations, Diana is capable of helping Boards develop strong strategic short and long-term plans that result in successful attainment of goals. Her guidance can improve efficiencies and effectiveness for organizations working with small to medium-size staff and low to mid-size budgets.
