With preparation in collegiate athletics, Jody Ader Duckwall brings strong team building skills to her work with client organizations. Jody’s experience in Sports Marketing and Event Planning will complements the diversified interests and skills of the Smith Beers Yunker & Company team. As a member of the Xavier Athletic Department staff, Jody marketed women’s basketball and men’s baseball, creating excitement for the games by drawing the crowds and coordinating the promotions and half- time entertainment. Jody gained valuable customer service experience while working as an assistant to the Director of Premium Seating and Suites at Xavier University.

Jody was a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority and the women’s varsity soccer team at Centre College in Danville, Kentucky, where she also volunteered for Court Appointed Special Advocates. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts from Centre, Jody went on to Xavier University earning her Master’s Degree in Education with an emphasis in Sports Administration. She resides in Terrace Park with her family.
